Before contacting support
- Confirm that the AgentWatch Mac companion is running.
- Confirm that your iPhone and Mac are signed into the same AgentWatch account.
- Open the Mac companion pairing menu and re-pair if the device appears disconnected.
- Check that notifications, Live Activities, and Apple Watch permissions are enabled on iPhone.
Mac companion
The iOS app requires the AgentWatch Mac companion for local coding-agent monitoring. The Mac companion is distributed outside the Mac App Store because it integrates with local developer tools and user-approved Mac permissions.
